Built by someone who’s sat on both sides of the table.

Accessable Risk is a team of risk and compliance professionals led by a former ASIC leader with 20+ years across Australian super, wealth, advice and real estate: practical judgement about what regulators expect, from people who have also had to deliver it inside regulated firms.

Why the practice exists.

Most compliance material is written by people who have read the legislation. Fewer have sat across the table from a regulator and seen what actually carries weight when ASIC, APRA or AUSTRAC looks at an organisation’s program, or have been the person inside a licensee writing the breach report and the reply to the notice.

Our founder has done both. Twenty-plus years across Australian super, wealth, advice and real estate, covering incident management, complaints, remediation, risk frameworks and regulatory response, sit alongside a period inside ASIC as a leader, leading surveillance work directed by Commissioners. The team around the founder brings complementary risk and compliance experience, so every engagement has the right people on it.

That mix shapes how every engagement runs: what a supervisor is likely to ask, what evidence actually answers it, and what a workable program looks like for a business that has to run day to day.

Where the judgement comes from.

Three commitments.

Advisory, and honest about it

You keep the decision and the accountability. We give you the judgement, the challenge and the evidence to decide well, and we say so plainly when something is a problem.

Experience, not inside information

We apply a working knowledge of how supervision operates. We never use or disclose confidential regulator information, and we don’t claim to know what any regulator thinks of your firm.

Independence kept clean

Building a compliance program and independently evaluating one are different jobs. We don’t do both for the same client, and we check conflicts before we start.

What real estate principals say.

Having someone with actual ASIC experience walk us through what’s required was a game-changer. No guesswork, just clear answers.

Gordon, Agency Principal

I expected compliance to be painful. Arman kept it practical and tailored everything to how our agency actually operates.
