Privacy Policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

Who we are

Accessable Risk (“we”, “us”) provides AML/CTF, privacy and regulatory compliance advisory services to Australian real estate agencies, financial services licensees and other regulated entities. This policy explains what personal information we collect through accessablerisk.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

You can contact us at enquiries@accessablerisk.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms, plus basic technical data from your visit. Please don’t include confidential, privileged or customer personal information in our forms.

Why we collect it

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle your information, including website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email, and advertising and analytics (Google). They may only use your information to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Overseas storage

Some of our service providers store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting a form you understand your information may be handled there.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Google tag to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our advertising. When you send us an enquiry, the email address you enter is converted into a scrambled (hashed) code in your browser and shared with Google so we can tell whether our ads led to your enquiry; Google does not receive the email address itself in readable form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Google personalises ads at adssettings.google.com.

Security and how long we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing enquiries@accessablerisk.com. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, tell us and we will respond promptly. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
